Mary Webb. “Mischief / (To Bees).” Manuscript poem, one leaf, 7¼″ x 8″, on off-white laid ruled paper, black ink, sixteen lines in four stanzas. Neatly torn from a larger sheet, and with minor wrinkles to the upper corners. A number of Mary Webb’s poems show her fascination for bees, kept both by her father and by her brother Kenneth.
